The business development territory is primarily Europe & Asia, with North America also in focus. The ideal candidate understands IoT, RTLS, smart factory and Industry 4.0, is comfortable pre-selling a hardware/software solution stack, and is a salesperson with the drive to own their territory to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential and new partners / customers in European & Asian markets, preparing detailed Location-Based Solutions (LBS) and presenting on meetings.
- Consulting for customers with concrete technical solutions based on individual requirements in industrial environment.
- Joining marketing activities with building up industry oriented demos on-site, the integration of diverse software is the key responsibility.
- Gain hands-on experience in deployment of RTLS in projects and documenting technical guideline into steps.
- Providing online / on-site technical support to partners / customers when they have problem by integrating solutions.
- Exceed quarterly and annual bookings target with sales colleagues for our Industrial RTLS products, solution portfolio and services. This includes products and integrated solution proposition.
- Keep exchanging with international partners for newest updates regarding products, use cases, solutions and marketing activities.
Required Education, Experience and Competencies
- Preferred fields of study: Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Informatics / Electrical Engineering / Communications Engineering or related fields.
- Hard skills: customer / partner management, time management, project management experience, data visualization, and process / logic analysis techniques.
- Soft skills: team player, open-minded, detail-oriented, self-driven, reliable, excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Nice-to-have: technical & business experience in Location Based Solutions / IoT / RTLS or information technologies, especially in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and education industries.
- Language skills: Business fluent in English and German, more Asian language is a big plus (Mandarin; Japanese; Korea; Cantonese etc.).
